Project was awarded to Marino GC Inc. as General Contractor in 2011 by Revera Health System (Owner) based on open bid of construction plans, engineering plans, and designer plans. Scope: Renovation Portion: sub-acute wings, resident’s rooms, activities, and long-term care wings. New Work: Added 12-star resident rooms, star dining room, outpatient physical therapy, star spas, cybercafé, and new nurse’s station. 8–10-month project. Project completed within construction time schedule. Total Cost: 1.5 million. Revera Inc. Total all Projects $2.7 Million

Linwood Nursing Home & Care Center, New Rd. and Central Ave, Linwood NJ 08221. Project awarded to Marino GC Inc. in Jan 2012, based on open bid of construction documents prepared by Owners Architects/Engineers. Scope: renovations to north wing, east/west wings, administrative wings, and physical therapy wing. Upgrades to 2 exterior courtyards- stone/stucco/concrete phases. Project completed as per construction schedule; Total Cost: 3.2 million.

Accupac Pharmaceutical Plant- 1700 Oak St, Lakewood NJ. Scope: Renovation of existing restrooms, employee cafeteria. Install new lobby kitchen. Block concrete walls, stucco, and waterproofing- Renovating Parasitic Lab – Total Projects to date $250,000.00

Whiting Healthcare- 3000 Hilltop Rd. Whiting NJ 08759. Scope- Renovation of main lobby, corridors, and new pulmonary unit. Exterior Concrete/Stucco. Out Patient Rehab. Room renovation. Total Cost: $750,000.00

Cornerstone Commerce Center- 1201 New Rd. Somers Point NJ 08221. Tenant Fit Ups to existing store-front spaces as per Architectural Drawings. Exterior Concrete/Stucco, ongoing projects since 2009. Total Project Cost to date: 1.5 million

Acer Associates- 1012 Industrial Dr. West Berlin NJ. Client relocated to new 5,000 sq. ft. building- Scope: Install new offices, conference room, kitchen, ADA baths, complete tenant fit up as per Architectural Drawings.  $157,589.00

Atlantic Books- Performed tenant fit-up and renovation work in several of their locations including Stone Harbor, Somers Point, Ocean City, Wildwood, and Philadelphia $75,000.00
